I visited the salon yesterday. The receptionist was very kind and welcoming. I chose Tamara to do my nails, and she was very detailed and took her time, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, during the nail preparation and filing, she went too deep under my nails several times. As a result, the skin was injured, and it has been stinging ever since. As you can see in the photo, it is still bleeding. I also left a $20 tip because I appreciated the time and effort she put into my nails. However, I did not expect to leave the salon with injured, painful fingers. A professional manicure should not cause bleeding or ongoing pain. I hope this feedback helps and that more care will be taken during the preparation process in the future to prevent this from happening to other clients.
